Setting up an Account

Setting up a wholesale account with us is simple.  Create your account online in a moment, or contact us for a Customer Application. You will need to provide your Federal Tax ID number or Reseller’s Permit number. If you are located in California, you will need to provide a copy of the Reseller’s Permit and the CA Resale Certificate.

Making an Order

The minimum purchase for a wholesale order is US$300 and a minimum of 3pcs per item. Use the online quote shopping feature to explore our catalogue and select the products that interest you, submit your request for a quote online, and one of our friendly, knowledgeable sales representatives will promptly contact you to discuss pricing.  You may also contact us by email or by telephone during our office hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PST the following numbers or by email:

Special Orders

Customers are more than welcome to place a special order for products that are currently unavailable. In order to place a special order please follow these 3 easy steps below:

1. Summit a Valid Purchase Order

2. Furnish a 50% Non-Refundable Deposit as confirmation of the Special Order  [Cancelation of Special Order:  entire 50% deposit will be forfeited]

3. Await the arrival of the Special Order. Once your order arrives, the remaining balance will be charged  and immediately shipped out to your warehouse.

Payment Policy

The following payments are accepted:

For Domestic orders (U.S. and Canada): advanced payment cashier check / money order, COD (cashier check / money order), PayPal, and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Dinners Club, and American Express with valid U.S. or Canadian Billing Address).   

For International Orders:  PayPal or Wire Transfer (note: an additional $30.00 will be added to cover bank fees)  For more information regarding payment for International orders please contact us.

Shipping Policy

Invoice totals include actual shipping rates, calculated from our Los Angeles warehouse.  There are no handling charges except for drop ship orders.  Orders are shipped via UPS Tues-Friday except for long holiday weekends, when we'll ship from Wed-Friday.  The following options are available:  UPS Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Saver. Additionally, if you have your own UPS account and would like to ship under it, we'll be glad to accommodate your  request. Currently, we cannot  guarantee shipping order on Monday.

Our daily cut-off time for shipping orders is 12:00 PM PST. Therefore, your order must received and completed before 12pm (PST) Tuesday-Friday in order to qualify for same day shipping. Orders completed after 12pm (PST) will be processed on the next business day.

Note: Above Shipping Policy is also applicable to changes and/or additions made to your existing order.

Return Policy

Ascend Distribution is committed to quality and guarantees the performance of all of our products. Items with proven defects or items shipped in error can be returned for replacement or customer credit within 30 days. Ascend Distribution will take responsibility for shipping charges and will not charge a restocking fee on returns due to shipping mistakes or defective items. Ascend Distribution reserves the right to use its discretion in determining the validity of a claim for defective products. Items returned for reasons other than defect or shipping error must be returned within 7 days of shipment arrival.

Regular Order Returns

Upon return a 20% restocking fee will be assessed [except for special orders]. Please note that Ascend Distribution reserves the right to refuse any merchandise not returned within 7 days after shipments arrival. To return items, please contact your sales representative for an RMA number and the returns shipping address.

Special Order Returns

Non-Defective Returns: Upon return a 20% restocking fee will be assessed in addition to initial non-refundable 50% deposit.

Defective Returns:  Ascend Distribution will be responsible for exchanges or refund.

Privacy Policy

Ascend Distribution takes your privacy seriously.  We use the information that you provide about yourself only to complete the transaction for which the information is intended.  We do not rent, sell, or in any way share personal information about you with third parties without your permission.
