Why don’t I see prices on this site?

Wholesale pricing is varied and based on many factors including order quantity, sales history, and market trends. We negotiate individually rather than following a fixed price list in order to keep our pricing competitive. When you request a quote online, we compile a personal price list to discuss with you. We work hard to give you the best value possible.

Does Ascend Distribution serve retail customers?

Ascend Distribution is a wholesale distributor. As a guideline, our minimum order is $300.00. If you are interested in buying a few products for your own use, we can refer you to a reseller. If you are a reseller, please set up an account with your contact information and send a quote request so that a sales rep. can contact you to discuss pricing and product details. How can I set up an account?

From the home page, click on “My Account” at the top of the screen, or the “Log in” button to the right. Enter your email address, and instead of entering a password check the dot for “No, I am a new customer.” Click the button to “Sign in with our Secure Server,” and you will be sent to a short form for entering your account information.

What are Ascend’s quality guarantees?

We rigorously test our products before they leave our factories, and can guarantee 100% product compatibility and an extremely low defect ratio. We offer products backed up by globally-certified quality standards such as UL, CE, and ISO certification, because we care about health, safety, and environmental protection. Our own manufacturing facilities in East Asia put much emphasis on innovation, quality control, and streamlined production process so that quality is guaranteed while savings from efficiency and economy of scale can be passed on to our customers.
